– Patricia Regan – Director, Strategic Alignment
Together, we’ll explore what you already know about ADHD and what may be new to you.
In every session, we’ll work together to understand the executive functioning challenges you’re experiencing. We’ll identify practical, science-based strategies that draw on your own deep knowledge of yourself.
New systems, structures, and ways of thinking can help you create a greater sense of calm and achieve more consistent, reliable results.
I get asked this question often.
The answer is “yes,” in several ways.
Earlier in my career, I was trained by a clinical team to support people with ADHD who were at high risk of failing. I became passionate about learning everything I could about ADHD, the challenges it can create, and the solutions that make a meaningful difference. Years later, I was invited to speak at international conferences about ADHD and how to create changes that last. I also served as the Director of Student Success at a college, where I interviewed incoming students, assessed their needs, and developed comprehensive programs that produced excellent results.
In my personal life, I learned what it meant to parent children with ADHD and advocate for them with schools and doctors who did not always understand how to help. At the same time, I supported my spouse of 40 years as he began to understand his own untreated ADHD. We learned so much along the way.
My professional background, personal experience, and commitment to evidence-based knowledge provide a strong foundation for helping people work effectively with ADHD.
New clients often ask me, “How did they do it?”
Behind that question is often the worry that they do not have the “right stuff” to succeed. They assume my past clients had something they do not.
So, what does it take?
It takes an open mind and a commitment to showing up for each session and doing the work between sessions.
If you do not follow through between sessions, that becomes the topic of our next conversation. We look at it neutrally. It is not a failure. It is an opportunity to understand what happened and what additional support may help you move forward.
My successful clients are honest about what they are afraid of. They approach the process with an all-in mindset.
They may not feel confident when we begin, but they are confident when we say goodbye.
We begin your coaching journey by rating where you are today in key target areas. These success metrics give us a clear way to measure your progress over time.
At each session, you bring the topic you most want to explore. Real situations from your life become the foundation for learning how to manage ADHD symptoms more effectively.
I coach you by listening closely and asking questions designed to strengthen your confidence and sense of control.
I provide as much feedback and as many resources as you want regarding ADHD and executive functioning.
Together, we create a learning environment where you can achieve more than you thought possible.
Hear directly from clients who have strengthened their executive functioning, built greater confidence, and made meaningful progress through coaching.
