My clients are executives, professionals and business owners who care about the quality of their leadership and their impact on the world. As a professional coach, I work with clients from all over the world. My specialty is in executive functioning, the brain-based skills for translating your best intentions into strategic actions. This foundational knowledge, coupled with slowed down, meaningful conversations, will transform your experience.
I’ve been coached by high-level coaches for 15 years. This process dramatically changed my life when it seemed nothing else could.
I know what it feels like to engage with myself in very new ways and see myself doing what I never thought I could do.

The great outcomes you dream of are possible.

Successful executives know that the inner work is integral to great outcomes.
Yes, professionals have ADHD too.
You can reduce the chaos, manage your time and achieve great outcomes – with much less effort.
The mental fog, stress and relationship challenges of untreated ADHD are not a given.
I serve high-functioning adults who are committed to their learning, who want to get to the core issue quickly and create clear results. They value being heard, challenged and supported in equal measure. They want to develop their careers by being more proactive, free of self-doubt and confident to handle everything that comes their way.
Most of all, I work with clients who are ready to wade into discomfort as they wobble towards a fabulous future.
We work together to align your decisions with what truly matters to you.
I support you when you feel afraid. I remind you that fear goes with change.
I call out your courage for moving toward what is possible – until it becomes your new reality.
