What you can Expect from Me
Coaching with me will be more than a series of conversations. You will be learning to take new and different actions to take full charge of yourself, your business and your life. You get to go as deeply as you wish and as far as you can dream. You can expect to be heard, understood, supported and challenged as you become who you were always meant to be.
Our Partnership Matters
The fit between you and me is a significant key to your Success. Whether you live in Montreal, or are located internationally, we will take the time to ensure we are a match.
As your coach, I will:
Support you unconditionally, without judgment;
Challenge you to see what you may not be seeing;
Expect you to step fully into your learning;
Not buy into the stories that keep you small;
Encourage you to go where you cannot go on your own.
Who Are My Clients?
I define people by who they are, not by what they do. I am inspired by their deep commitment to learning, growing and contributing. This is what truly matters to me.
My clients come from diverse backgrounds: service professionals, entrepreneurs, social activists and academics. The common thread is their dedication to bringing something of value to this world, and their awareness that it all starts inside themselves.
3 Keys for Success
1. Total Commitment
I want my clients to succeed.
I want you to achieve something you had not thought possible. For this to happen, you will need to commit to the process.
You will need to stand in your decision to do this learning, even when you are feeling slightly uncomfortable. It means engaging as if your life depended on it.
Because in a way, it does.
2. Willingness to Invest in Yourself
YOU are the foundation for whatever you want to create in your life. Nobody questions paying for a course, or ongoing professional training. But people often resist making that investment when it comes to their own personal learning. The truth is, YOUR personal development is the key to improving your business, your profession — or whatever you do in your life.
Here are some examples of the challenges my clients have brought to me:
“I want to be a leader in my business and at home; someone they look up to.”
“I feel confused. I don’t know what I want, but I really want something to change.”
“I already know what I need to do; I just don’t do it.”
“I work hard at making my life better but I keep going in circles!”
“I am always tired and always rushing. There is never enough time.”
“I reached the height of my career and I’m not happy.”
3. Readiness
You may want change, but you wonder if it is the right time. There is actually never a “perfect” time for coaching. If there were a perfect time, you would not need a coach. You would have everything you need.
Uncertainty and discomfort can be exactly the place to start your coaching journey.
Here are some questions to ask yourself:
Am I tired of the yearning for something better, easier, bigger?
Am I open to considering new perspectives?
Am I willing to be challenged on my assumptions?
Am I committed to investing my time and resources to do this transformational work?
Am I ready to take responsibility for trying out new behaviours between sessions?
If you said “yes” to these questions and noticed emotions (such as fear and doubt), you are ready for change. Fear and doubt are what you bring to the coaching session – they are the work.
