The personal ADHD experience that guides my coaching
My understanding of ADHD is both professional and personal.
I’ve spent decades studying executive function, training alongside clinical teams, and designing programs that help individuals translate insight into action. I’ve spoken at international conferences on ADHD and worked extensively in educational leadership, creating systems that supported diverse learning and cognitive profiles.
Alongside this, my personal life brought deep exposure to ADHD through parenting and partnership. Navigating emotional regulation, advocacy, and self-understanding within my own family refined my capacity to coach with empathy, precision, and respect.

How Change Happens
Clients often ask what separates those who succeed.
The answer is engagement. Making the time. Practicing between virtual sessions. When something doesn’t work, we examine it together, without judgment, to strengthen executive function and self-trust.
Clients grow in self-confidence as they learn how their brain works and how to lead themselves more effectively. Emotional regulation improves. Focus stabilizes. Decision-making becomes clearer. Time management becomes easier, and you build confidence at every stage.

How my Markham ADHD coaching works
We start by identifying where you are today across key executive function markers. These guide our sessions and provide a clear sense of progress.
Each session is driven by what matters most in your daily life. ADHD symptoms become the entry point for learning.
I coach through attentive listening, thoughtful inquiry, and tailored resources related to ADHD, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. Together, we create a learning environment that supports meaningful, lasting change.
