My professional path included training with clinical teams supporting individuals with ADHD at high risk of failure. Over time, this evolved into a lifelong commitment to understanding executive function and how evidence-based strategies translate into real-world success. I’ve spoken internationally on ADHD and served as Director of Student Success at a college, designing individualized programs that delivered consistent results.

My personal life expanded this understanding further. Parenting children with ADHD, advocating within systems that often misunderstood their needs, and supporting a long-term partner through his own ADHD journey gave me lived experience that informs every coaching relationship.
